C. Structure of equipment summary
1.Uncoiler
Used for unfolding coil of color strip, no power decoiling. it bears 8T.
2.Feeding platform
Function and design feature:Put the raw material (armor plate) on the plat to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everywhere is uniformity. Please refering to the equipment regulation to know the function of locate angle iron.
3.Molding core
It keeps the product shape, abrasion strength and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller surface polishing and hard plating.
4.Coloured steel forming-tamping machine
The coloured glaze molding is made by Nanjing cutlery die shop’s special profiling die, total up to two pairs of dies on top and bottom. Profiled the moulded pieces through pattern cope’s movement. The die is neat and smooth, measurement and angle are precise. According to the needs, moulded depth is pancreatic.
5.Moulding shearing mechanism
It adopts fluid drive, automatic positioning, cuts off the molding moulded pieces to certain size. It also can be cut off by controlling pitch through hand operation. The equipment contains a pair of shearing tool, a hydraulic ram and two shearers.
6.Hydraulic station
It contains a set of hydraulic fluid chamber and a set of hydraulic oil pump, two hydraulic pipes.
7.Control cabinet with computer
It adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC controlling. The moulded pieces length is adjustable and digit of it can be set. Distributing box control board controls, and the locating is precise. Computed mode has two modes: automatic mode of operation and manual one. Through controlling pitch length to make the product line running speed stable, the operation is simple, and the touch screen is LCD.
8.Counter
Ohm Long counter gauges length, pulses and cts length.
